Thanks for writing this... It felt like the right thing at the right time. I knew about point 1, but I was just too scared to jump off the cliff and try again. I keep wondering whether it’s the environment of the company or the actual job I’m doing. This is still my second job, and this made me have a bit of a career existential crisis because I knew I was thriving in my previous company. I should see it in a bigger perspective...
I hope taking a step back and looking at the 'larger' picture is helpful, yuzu - and to be fair, it took me almost a decade and multiple jobs to finally find "my jam" :)
